Ladies I need help. My wife came home with her hair fixed and this skimpy dress, which is totally not like her. She asked me how I liked it? She never wears red, even red shoes.


I mean really? I said I hated it, it made her look like a hooker.


she ran up into the bedroom and locked the door and she was crying and we are just married and I don%26#039;t understand women yet. raised with brothers, then military. Women are so sensitive? Okay what do I do now to get it back to where we were?

First of all it was the anniversary of the day we met.


I put some color on my hair to lighten it and bought a new dress. I thought he would remember with flowers or taking me out to eat. NO! He was cooking a frozen pizza and drinking a beer watching football games. From a disc.


I asked how did he like my new dress just to get his attention.


He said that hair color made me look like a cheer leader bimbo. he liked me the way I was plain! PLAIN???


Then he went on to say that dress makes you look like a hooker. You are the meanest, cruelest, monster ever on record. Don%26#039;t take her suggestion that take me out to dinner?? That will work for all your insensitive remarks?


I don%26#039;t think so? You really hurt me this time Louis and I am not sure I can forgive you.
Reply:Apologise. Tell her what a jerk you are, pretend to slap yourself etc. This usually gets the woman to soften a little bit. And when man apologise (since most usually won%26#039;t because of ego), women tend to associate that with love I guess. She won;t be able to bear seeing her hubby beating himself up. Send her a little present too! It%26#039;s almost a must I guess. Even a stalk of flower will be sweet enough. =)
Reply:oh man, you are going to be burning in hell for a while. sit her down and explain that you were so off guard by her new look that you spoke without thinking. SAY YOU ARE SORRY and mean it. it will take some time but if you show that you are really sorry she will forgive you.

How would you feel if you were with your best looks, ready for some fun night with friends and she tells you that you look like a pimp!? Sounds great, right?

Reply:First off.. you need to drop the whole %26#039;women are so sensitive%26#039; attitude, because what you said was uncalled for and totally inappropriate.





Second off, unfortunately, you can%26#039;t TAKE BACK things that you have said. It will always be there in the back of her mind that you told her she looked like a hooker.





Third, apologize and tell her that you over-reacted, that you%26#039;re sorry and ASK HER what you can do to try to make it up to her.





Finally, prepare to sleep on the couch for awhile-- not understanding women is not an excuse for the disrespect that you showed your new wife.
