Girls you need to help on this. I%26#039;m a fashion consultant and I%26#039;m on this recent project for a fashion house.I%26#039;m supposed to walk into a ladies room with full of ladies and offer them a makeover including lingerie,clothes,shoes,make up and... jewellery.Basically dress her for a cocktail dinner myself.Now the condition is that she has to do it while other are looking at her. Now this is really an embarassing act for me as because I%26#039;m afraid some might take it otherwise but its a job I have to do.How to I approach them and convince them for this......Suggestions please

Try this:





Find a friend of yours who is willing to do it. They would probably have lots of fun (it may sound like a scam, but only do it when you first walk in, when other ladies see how much fun it is, maybe they will want to do it too!!)





Also, is that marketing, (or wat%26#039;s the word) soliciting!! Are you allowed to do that?

Hint: you may want to do it at a very rich place, ask for gift certificates from your boss at a couple of nice restaraunts.





Another good place would be to do it at a mall. People there are already kinda of weird, NO OFFENSE, but you would kind of fit in.





Another idea would be to set up a small cart at a mall. Have a changing room, and portable clothes rack. Everyone would see it. You could even paste before/ after pictures on it!!

Reply:Wow, that is a tough one. i guess i would explain to the lady that will be doing the dressing what is going on and to just use a soft voice so you don%26#039;t intimidate her. Can someone say no? or do they have to do it. but other wise can%26#039;t they get dressed with there back turned to you? or do that whole thing where you put a layer on and then you struggle taking the bottom layer off. kinda like girls do in the locker rooms. I hope this helps i guess you are in a tough position i hope someone else is more helpfull.

Reply:well, i would take that offer any day! i probably wouldn%26#039;t see any of these people anyways, but i am sure that the ladies would think that was an odd part of the deal, but there always is a catch or a challenge. so hopefully you could explain to them that this is part of the problem, and try to convince them that what they would gain, (makeover) is more than what they would lose. (which... isn%26#039;t really anything) hope i could help!


and i am also sure that the first person that steps up will be admired, she will have confidence, so after the first person breaks the ice, i am sure other people will follow.
Reply:that sounds cool i want a make over where are you doing this ill do it...lol...just tell the girls this no one will look at you funny they would love to do this girls love makeovers...if you came to me in a bathroom i would tottaly say yes!

You could always go up to the ones that %26quot;look%26quot; like they have style, as you could say, %26quot;you look like someone who appreciates fashion, now what would you say if.....%26quot;


Compliments are a great way to put any women at ease as long as they are genuine and respectful.

Reply:First, if you have the contacts, go to a club owner and do a promotional thing. Get the DJ in on it, do a drawing, explain the rules and then show the winner off to everyone @ the club. That way there%26#039;s no need to approach anyone personally and everyone can make a decision ahead of time.
